World Class Thinking : World Class Behaviour

World Class Thinking, World Class Behaviour

To thrive in today's business world, you can't afford to be anything other than World Class at what you do.

Penny Mallory, former World Championship Rally Driver and Rally Champion draws on her experience as a world class driver and demonstrates how mindset, attitude and approach is key to success in an ever changing environment. Our daily task: to get get ahead of the competition.

Penny expounds the importance of building and developing a team with one clear aim: combining and compounding individual talents to reach the ultimate goal of a world class organisation and a world class performance.

We tend to underestimate the importance of how our own personal psychology can make or break our business, and our lives. Self limiting beliefs, comfort zones and peak performance zones.Penny will highlight how you can install high performance thinking and behaviours, and adopting a winning mental approach.

She will challenge the audience to think about challenging existing structures, behaviours and cultures. Its easy to forget the obvious stuff; our environment, thought processes, and behaviour patterns. Get this stuff right and an organisation can be transformed.

The audience will be challenged to think about new possibilities, new opportunities and new perspectives. They will be inspired to take immediate action.

Being world class is a choice. Is it a choice you can afford not to make?
