Jodie is a Consumer Psychologist and was specifically the Consumer Presenter for Australias leading TV Network, a regular contributor on news & current affairs, radio, a guest panelist and a columnist for various industry related publications.
Jodie's business Armore was established in 1994 in Australia, and was highly successful in the Australian Business Achiever Awards and also won the bid for the preferred training organisation for the Sydney Olympics retail division. We were delighted to open Armores UK office in February 09.
Jodie has featured on the front cover of both the Australian Small Business magazine and Direct Marketing International in the UK/Europe. She is currently writing her first book on the psychology of consumerism. Most recently, Jodie was privileged to judge at the UK National Customer Service Awards.
